- The spouse of a Belgian and their descendants aged under 21 or

line and their spouses
- Foreign nationals in possession of a Residence Permit

- Students staying legally in Belgium to work only during school

course contract

- Work Permit B is only valid for employment by one employer and
has a maximum validity of 12 months and may be renewed annually. Apply

has attended a vocational training or updated training scheme in
a recognized training centre
- After two, three or four successive renewals, Work Permit A may
